RATES

The main season in San Miguel is December 15 through March, and July and August. The slow season is April, May, June, September, October and December 1 - 15. It's always spring-time in San Miguel, with cool mornings and evenings and hot, sunny days most of the time. In July and August, it generally rains in the afternoon of most days, but only for a brief period. After the downpour, the air is fresh and invigorating. In the winter months, temperatures may sink to 50 degrees - but rarely lower. Casa Feliz is always kept cozy and warm with gas and wood fires, electric heaters and electric blankets when necessary.

$1500 per week - 2 to 6 persons

April 1 through December 23 (excluding July and August) the following weekly rates apply:
* $850 two persons
* $950 three persons
* $1050 four persons
* $1150 five persons
* $1250 six persons
* $1400 seven persons
* $1500 eight persons

December 22 - 29, 2007 - $2300
December 29 - January 5, 2008 - $2300

At all times of year except Christmas and New Year, add $150 per person per week for more than 6 guests.

At Christmas and New Year, add $250 per person per week for more than 6 guests..

TERMS OF AGREEMENT

50% down payment to confirm the booking, balance plus the security deposit has to be paid 60 days prior arrival, payment options:

WIRE TRANSFER

* Additional 5% municipal hotel tax will be added to rent.

* $150 USD per week (or any part thereof) for each additional person above 6

* Maximum 8 persons in the house.

* High speed Internet cable access available on demand. There is an extra charge of $50 USD for one-time activation, connection etc.

* $500 USD refundable security deposit required.

* Reservations held when full payment or deposit and signed contract are received.

* A NON REFUNDABLE 50% down payment, Reservation must be cancelled in writing not later than 45 days prior to your arrival to be eligible for any refund of the 2nd deposit. Eligibility for a partial refund (less a processing fee) can only occur if the Premises are re-rented by San Miguel Management Co. at the same rental rate and term for the period reserved. If not re-rented, then 25% of the rental rate cancellation fee will apply. If cancelled within the 45 days of your arrival date, your 2nd rental deposit is non-refundable. All cancellations or adjustments in dates are subject to a $100.00 USD processing fee. Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.

* Rent includes maid's services and some light cooking from 9am to 3pm Monday - Friday; 9am - 12pm Saturday; Sundays off.

* For guests who do not use recommended driver for airport pick-up and who arrive during maid's off duty hours there is an additional let- in fee of $15 before 8pm and $20 after 8pm, paid directly to the person waiting with keys.

Maid's services include:

- All cleaning
- Cooking all meals when requested
- Services such as calling for taxi, taking laundry to Laundromat dry cleaners, shopping for groceries

Groceries, beverages, and fees for laundromat or any other services are not included!

Magdalena is an excellent cook and is happy to cook dinner during her service hours and leave it for you to warm up.
